Biography

Marci recently joined the firm of  Mills, Mills, Fiely & Lucas  at the beginning of 2021.  She attended Stark State College and received her Paralegal Certificate from Ohio University. She has over 25 years of legal experience.  In addition to insurance defense, personal injury, domestic and criminal matters, Marci has also served as a Credentialing Representative and Compliance Regulatory Analyst in the healthcare industry.  She is a Notary Public for the State of Ohio and also a published author. 

 Marci is a Tuscarawas County native and currently resides in New Philadelphia, Ohio.  She has two adult sons. In her free time, she enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with her family.
