Ted Czaplicki

Ted Czaplicki is an associate attorney with Mills, Mills, Fiely & Lucas. His practice areas include estate planning and probate, business law, employment law, civil litigation and criminal law. 

Prior to joining MMFL, Ted worked as an associate in the Walter Haverfield Tax and Wealth Management Group counseling individuals, business owners, and families in all aspects of estate planning as well as business acquisition restructurings and general tax consequences. In the past, Ted has worked as a staff attorney at a national title insurance company assisting consumer loan and purchase transactions and has previous experience in consumer advocacy and employment litigation.
