Ted Czaplicki

Ted Czaplicki is an associate attorney with Mills, Mills, Fiely & Lucas and has been with the firm since 2024.

 

Ted is focused on receiving the best results for his clients and enjoys providing estate planning and transactional services to the firm’s clients. Additionally, Ted has worked on a wide range of cases involving probate litigation, corporate litigation, subcontractor rights, criminal defense and real estate property disputes.

 

Prior to joining MMFL, Ted worked as an associate in Walter Haverfield LLP’s Tax and Wealth Management Group counseling individuals, business owners, and families in all aspects of estate planning as well as business acquisition restructurings and general tax consequences. Additionally, Ted brings extensive experience in real estate transactions from his prior work as a staff attorney for a national title insurance agency facilitating consumer loan and purchase transactions.
